I’m glad you’re here - I understand that reaching out for therapeutic help can feel vulnerable and at times confusing. However, you being here shows a genuine desire to better care for yourself and to learn new ways of approaching your mind, body & heart.

I provide a range of services known to improve problems of mind-body connection including evidence-based biofeedback & psychotherapy.

However, improving stress shouldn’t be the only goal.

To me, the purpose of therapy is to live a more consistent, values-based life and get into closer contact with the core of who you are - the part that is already whole.
